I need to start this off by clarifying that I am not strictly vegan. I've edited this post because at the time of writing it, I still ate seafood and was considered pescetarian. For the least year, I've eliminated fish and dairy and continue to not consume any other meat, although I will occasionally eat eggs. Taking Refuge in a Vietnamese Bookshop Cafe
