I’m a registered social worker and certified life coach in my 30s, living on beautiful Vancouver Island after relocating here two years ago. I live in an old 1950’s house with its original hardwood floors and a kitchen straight out of a 50’s magazine.
I have a deep love of hearing peoples stories and helping them bring their goals to life. My expertise is working with people who find themselves at a crossroads. A little bit lost, feeling stuck, feeling like something is missing – even if they can’t quite pinpoint what is missing.
For as long as I can remember I’ve been intrigued by places far away, trying on different lifestyles and different places as though I’m swapping hats. Now that I’ve found a place that feels like home, I enjoy spending my free time down by the water, swimming in the ocean, reading books on the beach, exploring the forest trails, trying out new hobbies like pottery and dance and gardening, volunteering and spending lots of time with my rescue cats.
about the bliss movement
The Bliss Movement began under a different name, a place to document my backpacking adventures when I was a wee 18 year old. I didn’t bring a cell phone with me (I couldn’t imagine doing this now) so it was one of the only ways to see what I was up to. It grew from just my family reading it to building a small community and making friends with other women traveling the world on their own.
As I kept traveling this space has grown and expanded with me.
We all deserve to live a life that fills us with that I can’t believe this is my life feeling, we all have unique gifts to share with the world, and we are all worthy of living a life we love.
Today, The Bliss Movement serves as a place where you can come to reconnect with who you are, find tools to support you in reaching your goals, and connect with me for undivided support to enhance your life.
