90 days of weekly, 1:1 coaching, The Blueprint is designed to help you rediscover and reconnect with who you are and what you want in life and give you the tools, confidence and support needed to make it happen
This is for you if you’re feeling stuck, lost or lacking direction. If you feel like everyone else has their life “together” and you’re just out there floating through it on your own.
This is for you if you’re going through a transitional time in your life. Maybe you’ve just moved to a new city, left a relationship, graduated college, quit your job, had a birthday, experienced a loss, feel ready for something different, are craving something more.
Inside the Blueprint, I guide you through a 5 theme structure and strategy with everything you need to see the changes you’re seeking and have them stick in the long run. The 5 themes we move through in the Blueprint include:

4. Vision Expansion
5. Lifestyle Design
What’s included:
– 12 x 60 minute video calls (audio only option available). One call each week for 3 months.
– Supplemental resources + information to enhance your education and integration
– Actionable tools + practices to support your personal growth, development and goal achievement
– Call summary every week to capture everything discussed
One Hour Life Coaching Sessions 1:1
Currently accepting new clients with some evening and weekend openings.
Sessions are virtual only at this time, with the option of video call or audio-only. Each call is followed up by a written summary to your email.
Free 15-20 minute consultation offered.
Common topics include career shifts, identity and self-worth, goal planning, work around mindset and belief systems, developing positive habits and routines, self care, boundaries, and more.

My skills and knowledge in these areas have been developed over the last ten years through a combination of university education, personal and professional experience, and certified life coach and mind-body practitioner training.
