I’m a registered social worker and certified life coach in my 30s, living on beautiful Vancouver Island after relocating here two years ago. I live in an old 1950’s house with its original hardwood floors and a kitchen straight out of 50’s magazine.
I have a deep love of hearing peoples stories and helping them bring their goals to life. My expertise is working with people who find themselves at a crossroads. A little bit lost, feeling stuck, feeling like something is missing – even if they can’t quite pinpoint what is missing.
For as long as I can remember I’ve been intrigued by places far away, trying on different lifestyles as though I’m swapping hats. But to finally make that decision, to do things that everyone told me was unrealistic or dangerous, took a lot of courage that I didn’t always have.  Â
Let me share a little more of my story with you…
At 18, I began the process of overcoming incredible shyness and fear of talking to new people by embarking on a six-month solo travel adventure. It was a shock to everyone, and I sat in fear of the unknown during that first flight (and by this I mean I cried all the way to Ireland). It was without a doubt the best decision I’ve ever made for my life. During this time, I was forced way out of my comfort zone every moment of every day.Â
That experience catapulted my travel obsession and I kept traveling throughout my 20s, eventually to 23 countries and counting – including studying abroad in the Caribbean, completing a working holiday in Australia, and visiting my dream destinations. Â
But it hasn’t been easy. Getting out there, feeling confident in a group of new people, pushing my limits and trying new things has been hard (secret: it still is hard). But I’ve realized that the very best things that have happened in my life so far have been things that I did scared. Things that I wanted badly enough that I ignored everyone else’s fears and doubts and did it anyway.
These last ten years of my life have revolved around long-term solo traveling around the world, constantly educating myself, and growing into the woman I am today through a lot of soul searching. It has been about creating a life that embodies joy and wellness or, as I like to say, a life of bliss.
And now, I want to do the same for you – encouraging you to fall in love with yourself and your life with the undeniable belief that you are worthy of the things you dream about at night.

about the bliss movement
The Bliss Movement was born from my desire to live my life in a way that fosters freedom, happiness and – most importantly – leads from the heart. It’s a journey of embracing new experiences, pushing past boundaries and creating a life that feels good. This space began with a sole desire to document a life of travel but since then, it has expanded with me as I realized the importance of creating a peaceful and supportive inner world. I’m a believer that we all deserve to live a life that fills us with that I can’t believe this is my life feeling, that we all have unique gifts to share with the world, and that we are all worthy of living a life we love.
Today, The Bliss Movement serves as a source of inspiration for all of you who have your heart strings pulling you off in new directions. It is a place where you can come to reconnect with who you are, find tools to support you in reaching your goals, and connect with me for undivided support to enhance your life.Â
